Packet Pick-up
Race packets can be picked up from 10am to 8pm at Pacers located at 1301 King St., Alexandria, VA 22314 on Friday June 6, 2008. Packets can also be picked up at George Washington Middle School the day of the race from 6:45am – 7:45am.

Awards
The top male and female finishers in each of the age groups listed below will receive medals in an awards ceremony following the end of the race:

01-12 Male/Female
13-16 Male/Female
17-19 Male/Female
20-29 Male/Female
30-39 Male/Female
40-49 Male/Female
50-59 Male/Female
60-99 Male/Female

The Kelley Cares 5K race course has been certified by the Road Running Technical Council USA Track & Field.

Transportation & Parking
George Washington Middle School is located directly behind the Braddock Road Metro station on the Blue and Yellow Lines. From the station exit to the right until you reach Braddock Road. Take a right and follow to Mt. Vernon Avenue. Take a right on Mt. Vernon until you reach the first parking lot. Registration tables will be set-up and happy faces will be there to greet you!

Parking will be available in the parking lot at George Washington Middle School and there will be plenty of on-street parking around George Washington Middle School.

Medical Info
The Medical Team is a group of volunteer multidisciplinary medical personnel dedicated to acting as a team to provide rapid assessment of medical needs and to administer acute first aid and immediate services to the runners.

There will be medical stations at the start and at the finish. Look for the Medical Station with sports medicine volunteers for complimentary help during and after the race.

Course Info
The race course will begin at George Washington Middle School and continue through the neighboring Rosemont and Del Ray communities before finishing back at George Washington Middle School. Please download our Race Course Map for more information.
